Our Hardwood Faced Plywood is available in various thicknesses including 3.6mm, 5.5mm, 9mm, 12mm, and 18mm. All sheets are sized at 2440mm x 1220mm , providing ample material for your projects.

The plywood has a smart Pencil Cedar face and a hardwood core supported by intermediate glues. These boards are used consistently in the internal construction of extensions and garages and are used in to ply line vans in the thinner sizes. They can be cut with a handsaw but a mechanical saw or jig saw makes the work a lot lighter.

While our Hardwood Faced Plywood offers some resistance to water, it’s important to note that it is not waterproof like Marine Grade Plywood. To ensure long-lasting performance, we recommend covering these boards with felt or roof sheets when used in outdoor applications such as garage roofs, playhouses, stables, or animal shelters. This extra layer of protection will safeguard the plywood from exposure to moisture.

For any location where the plywood may encounter liquids or dampness, we strongly advise fully sealing the product to prevent any potential water damage. By taking this precautionary measure, you can enjoy the durability and reliability of our Hardwood Faced Plywood in any environment.
